Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Calculator
To calculate a merchant cash advance, multiply the advance amount by the factor rate to get total payback, then divide payback by your daily payment to estimate the term. For example, $50,000 at a 1.30 factor rate is $65,000 payback; at $500 per business day that's about 130 business days, or roughly 6 months.

How the MCA calculator works
We multiply your advance by the factor rate for the total payback. For holdback-based advances, we estimate the daily payment as your monthly revenue divided by 21.67 business days, times the holdback percentage. We then estimate the number of business days to repay and convert that to an effective APR using an internal-rate-of-return calculation on daily payments.
Why the APR looks so high
A factor rate is charged on the full amount once, regardless of term. Because MCAs are repaid in months rather than years, the annualized cost is much higher than the factor rate suggests.
