Business Line of Credit: Flexible Revolving Capital

A business line of credit is a revolving credit limit you can draw from as needed, repay and draw again. You pay interest only on the amount outstanding, which makes it ideal for managing uneven cash flow, inventory and short-term expenses rather than one-time large purchases.

What is a business line of credit?

Each draw is typically repaid over 6–24 months with online providers, or on a revolving monthly basis with banks. As you repay, the available credit replenishes.

Lines can be secured (by receivables, inventory or other assets) or unsecured with a personal guarantee.
